The Healthy High Performance Diagnostic will allow you to gauge which aspects of your thinking and behaviours are supporting your wellbeing and performance, and which may be improved. It provides individualised insights, advice and recommendations in 14 critical areas:

The Healthy High Performance Diagnostic comprises 100 questions in easy-to-answer format, and takes just 10-15 minutes to complete. Your answers are completely confidential and secure, and will not be shared with anyone.

GREEN
A green rating indicates that you are strong in this area. No specific recommendations will be made, other than to encourage you to continue with your current approach. 

 

AMBER
An amber rating indicates that there is significant potential for improvement in the area. You will be offered a range of strategies for consideration. One or more of the suggested strategies is likely to boost your overall wellbeing, performance and productivity. 

 

RED
An amber rating indicates that there is considerable potential for improvement in the area. As with the amber category, you will be provided with a range of strategies for consideration that are designed to bring real and tangible improvements in this area.
